Due to the nature of our products, we do not issue refunds. All sales are final. All prices are final. All orders are final.
We here at the lux club provide excellent products but also wonderful customer service. After you have placed your order, orders are FINAL. We will not alter, adjust, refund, or cancel any order. Please be sure that your cart is accurate and pleasing to you before you checkout. Please be sure that your shipping address is verified and accurate. If you make a purchase prior to a sale that we have, we will not change you adjust your price. All sales are final.
If you received the wrong product or if there is a mistake that we made, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your product and we will do our best to resolve the issue. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not install, color, alter, wet, take apart, unravel, or swap the hair. Any product that we find to be altered will not be exchanged.
Federal law states you cannot return human hair products that have been used or altered in any way. We adhere to strict policies in regards to federal law, health regulations, and hygiene concerns.
Any shipping, return, and exchange costs are your responsibility. We recommend that you use trackable shipping and insure any package valued at over $75. Kyra K. Hair is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please include your order number in your return.
